Frequently asked questions

What Services do you offer?

Our most popular service is our Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Clean. However we do offer other services, please see our Services and Pricing tab at the top of the page.

 

Do you have Insurance?

Yes, we have the relevant insurance required

 

Can I have the same cleaner every week?

Yes you will be allocated the same cleaner each week.

 

Can we choose what day we want our Cleaning done?

We will do our best to get you the day you require, however it is not always possible. This will be discussed at your free quote appointment.

 

What happens if I move house?

If you move within the areas that we cover then yes we can continue your cleaning for you is you so wish.

If you move out of our cover area, please ask as we may still be able to come and do your cleaning, if its not too far out of the area, this may have petrol costs and travel time added to the charge. 

 

What time will my home be cleaned?

We work between the hours of 8.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday and can be any time during those hours on your allocated day.

 

How do I pay for my cleaning?

There are two ways you can pay for your cleaning. On the day with cash, or Bank Transfer.

If you choose a one off clean, like our end of tenancy clean service then a 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours before the agreed cleaning day.

How long do I have to pay you?

Payment is due on the day of the clean itself, Payment reminders go out weekly on a Sunday if payment is outstanding. If payment is not recieved then your next clean will not go ahead.  

 

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or supplies?

This is entirely up to you, we can supply cleaning items ourselves, but this will be a slightly higher hourly rate if you choose that option.

 

Do you work School Holidays?

We can work During the school holidays, However only if your happy for me to bring my son with me if I cannot get childcare, he is 10 years old. 

Do you work Bank Holidays?

We do not work on Bank holidays. However if your regular cleaning day falls on a bank holiday we will fit you in later in the week where we can. Please note this is not always possible. 

 

What happens if I go on Holiday?

It's entirely up to you if you want your house cleaned while you are away on holiday, We do not ask you to sign a contract so you are not tied down to us. 

 

What happens if something gets broken in my home?

We treat your home with extreme care. But if something is damaged or broken we will leave will contact you. We will make every effort to have the item replaced if it cannot be repaired.
