It's important when moving in and out of a property to leave it spotless, in order to get your deposit back. Before an end of tenancy clean can be carried out and booked, we will come and meet you at the property to discuss what you would like done. This is a FREE no obligation quote. It's important to know that the end of tenancy service we provide will be carried out in accordance with instructions taken at the time of booking. When booking our End of Tenancy Service a 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is to be paid 24 hours before the clean goes ahead. Failure to pay the remaining 50% will result in either a lost deposit or the agreed date being delayed until it's been paid. An end of tenancy clean requires a minimum 4 weeks notice to book. ​Our end of tenancy prices are as follows: All sized flats with 1 bathroom - £25ph All sized flats with more than 1 bathroom - £30ph All sized bungalows with 1 bathroom - £30ph All sized bungalows with 2 bathrooms - £35ph All sized Bungalows with 3 or more Bathrooms - £40ph ​ 1 & 2 bed Houses with 1 bathroom - £35ph 1 & 2 Bed Houses with 2 or more Bathrooms - £40ph 3 & 4 Bed Houses with 1 bathroom - £40ph 3 & 4 Bed Houses with more than 2 bathrooms - £45ph 5 & 6 Bed houses with upto 2 bathrooms - £45ph 5 & 6 Bed Houses with over 2 bathrooms - £50ph ​Our End of Tenancy cleans are in depth and thorough cleans - bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned top to bottom, tackling limescale, in cupboards, kickboards etc - all other rooms are washed down including windows and curtains steam cleaned!
